Why Free Registry Cleaners are Not the Best?
There is a common saying applicable to anything life - you can’t get a free lunch. Well, this applies to the computers world as well. And especially when it comes to security and technical issues.
Probably the most common unpleasant situation a computer owner may encounter is the slow run of the unit. At some point, you can easily compare the first days of your computer with the current days. A fresh computer works faster and has a better speed whenever running anything. After a while, the speed goes slower and slower until the frustration steps in and you end up losing your patience. Such problems should be dealt with whenever you first notice them. But what causes them? Well, obviously you install or uninstall various software or games, depending on your needs. Whenever you do so, your Windows registries change and get new instruments. However, when you uninstall a particular program, the registries may still keep those instruments and continuously attempt to find it. This usually slows down the speed of your computer.
Registry cleaners come with a wide variety of features. However, the most important aspect is theirp rice. Some are free, while others are free to test, but only for a specified period. At some point you will have to buy them. A lot of people opt for free software, thinking their problems are not so big and they can easily solve them with a free program. However, they don’t seem to understand the disadvantages of such software and why free registry cleaners are not the best options they got.
First of all, a free registry cleaner is a simplified version of a paid one. Especially when it comes from a company that also provides paid software. Free programs may lack various functions. For instance, you may not have an updating option or a constant scanning option. Or just as well, a free registry cleaner may only deal with a particular array of problems, the easiest ones. Basically, the ones you can even fix manually.
Since everything is free, don’t expect a very good customer service or a technical support. Just like anything else that is free, manufacturers go by the idea that if you don’t want it, you can just lose it. It’s not like you actually pay for the service. So your only helper may only be online communities, such as discussion boards or forums. This means the support you get is not professional, but just provided by other users like yourself who have more experience with that particular software.
Overall, this applies to anything in life. A free things will never be as good as a paid one. Obviously, a company will never ask for money for something just as good as free. In order to notice the difference, you may try a free registry cleaner and then a free trial period for a paid registry cleaner. Although trial software doesn’t always have all the features of the paid version, you will still notice a difference.
